Hi guys.. quick question, what software would you use to key out green screen in static images? How do photoshop’s features compare to specifically designed green screen plugins such as “Green Screen Wizard”? What software do you use? Advantages / disadvantages?

I have recently bought a new Nikon d40x camera. When i take photos in nef (raw) format, the files do not open in photoshop cs3. I have installed the plugins that came with the camera.
I have looked this up and i have downloaded plug-ins that say should work with the d40x and other sources say that a plug-ins that supports the d40x haven’t been made yet.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

when using for Adobe Photoshop, are there any actions or plugins that can help with out too much touching up or messing with the Variations tool?
I recently downloaded the 4.4.1 Camera Raw plug-in and pasted it in plugins > file formats and then launched PS… I tried to open a .NEF file and it still came up with the message “Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document.” Did I do something wrong?

I’m trying to figure out how to stop branches disappearing when I take photos out doors because of the contrast between sky and trees.
Would the lens aperture have a sweet spot I need to find? Maybe some sort of filter? Maybe under exposing a bit?
I know there are Photoshop plugins out there but garbage in garbage out. It’s the sigma 12-24mm that’s giving me headaches! It’s a great lens but I’m not doing it any justice!

i’m looking for a working dowload link and i can’t find one ANYWHERE.

What I do is create a page in Photoshop, slice it up, and then try to finish it in Dreamweaver…but I have a bunch of problems trying to add text, etc.

I am looking for some video editing plugin that does skin smoothing effects? Sort of like the photoshop plugin – AUTOSMOOTH 1.0. Infact, since I have that plugin – how would I apply it to videos? I cant remember what software I was using years ago – it allowed me to use Photoshop plugins applied to videos. I’ve seen lots of video on the internet that uses some sort of Skin Smoothing software on people. I know CNN and other TV news stations use a real-time skin smoothing software to make the news casters look flawless and remove wrinkles – far beyond what ordinary makeup can do.
My search has been driving me nuts. I’ve been all over the search engines and I can usually find what I want within a day or two, but I cannot find what I am looking for. If anyone can provide me a answer, solution, work around or a way to implement photoshop plugins and apply them to videos – that would be awesome & greatly appreciated! THANK YOU!
I have CS2 and have just purchased CS3 – I wanted to install the plugins on CS3 that I have on the older program – all have been successful so far but icorrect – when I click on the file to open and install – I get a message that says, “can not complete request because photoshop does not recognize this file type” (???) any suggestions?

Photoshop cs3 keeps crashing when I select the font tool. Can anyone help me? Also when I open some previous saved .psd documents it crashes right then and there. Is there some plugins I might have to update or does something need to be updated. I have tried everything possible and nothing works. I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the program twice.
This is the photoshop cs3 and I have 4 Gigs of ram so the RAM isn’t the problem. The program works great. the brushes,pen tool, etc works but, when I click on the font tool it crashes. I even updated to the new photoshop but it continues to crash when I select the font tool. I recently added a lot of new fonts could this be the problem if so what can I do to solve this problem? Where can I find extra effects, transitions, or plug-ins for Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 or Adobe Premiere Elements 4? So far I just know of “newbluefx” but I was wondering if there are some cheaper (or free) effects/plugins for these programs. Also I’d like to know if there are any ways to create your own effects in Premiere Elements without uprgading to the pro version.
I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 on my computer. I’m really into Editing / And making Desktop Wallpapers. I was wondering if there was a site where I could download Add-Ons for the program? Such as Plugins, Different Brushes, Updates, New Graphics, Etc.

Yes, I have searched via the search engines, and all I seem to come up with are photoshop texture tutorials, and free downloads to brushes and plugins.
But, what I need is textures and patterns to download.
If anyone has a few good websites with plenty of patterns and textures for adobe photoshop, I would be so greatful.
Preferably websites with large selections, so I don’t have to keep searching many sites to find what I want or need in any case.

I was using Gimp for a couple of months but never able to install plugins. I would keep getting a message saying a file was missing , please try reinstalling. I did that several times then tried forums but none of the advice in the forums worked and now even Gimp won’t work. I was sort of hoping that someone might have developed an alternative advanced editor which can remove unwanted objects from digital photographs. Has anyone else out there found an alternative to Gimp? Photoshop CS2 is soooo expensive!
I have used Adobe Photoshop for a very long time and I extensively use video programs. I was wondering can filters typically seen in Photoshop, such as “Cutout”, and such like be applied to video in a quicker way than frame by frame (extremely boring and time-consuming process). For example filter plugins for Aftereffects. I personally haven’t found a way, but if there’s anyone out there who knows…there’s 10 points for you.

I heard Gimp is pretty good for barrell distortion and perspective. I’m currently using Photoshop CS. I’m looking for a stand alone program cuz my plugins don’t behave very well.
for adobe photoshop, there are certain plugins that are only for windows, btu since i have a mac intel.. might they work?
i really don wanna do bootcamp because i only need it for photoshop plugins…
